Ficarra Builders constructed my home at 1318 Emerald Bay in the Emerald Bay subdivision of Destin. This letter will service as a reference for this company. However, I would welcome any direct calls or letters regarding Ficarra Builders.
I have been very pleased with the work of Ficarra Builders. They are especially concerned about the details. My home was architectural designed and was very complicated in some areas. I found Ficarra Builders ready, willing and able to accomplish the challenges this work required.
The cost documentation I received during construction was very detailed and prompt.
The follow-up work has been excellent and very responsive. The detailed "punch list" was completed with all the dedication that Ficarra undertook in the original construction.
